On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Technician – Electrical to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis team.

• The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
• Perform installation, servicing, and repair of electrical systems including LV panels, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, sockets, isolators, and control devices.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and maintain accurate service records.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational reliability.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, riser diagrams, and schematics for installations and fault tracing.
• Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, civil) and departments to complete multi-disciplinary tasks.
• Support senior technicians in inventory management, stock audits, and spare parts requisition.
• Maintain healthy stock levels of critical electrical components and consumables.
• Adhere to permit‑to‑work systems, lockout/tagout procedures, and UAE electrical codes.
• Assist in energy‑saving initiatives and recommend system upgrades or optimizations.
• Participate in emergency response and after‑hours callouts as required.
• Remain flexible to work across different zones or facilities as assigned by management.

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent technical certification in electrical systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical components, distribution systems, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and riser diagrams.
• Proficient in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks in varied environmental conditions.
• Familiarity with UAE electrical regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC) are an added advantage.
