The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, market development, and channel execution within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires a strong balance of field execution, distributor management, and commercial discipline, with accountability for territory performance and contribution to regional business outcomes
What You Will Be Doing Sales Performance & Revenue Delivery- Achieve assigned sales targets, volumes, and revenue goals for the allocated territory.
- Execute regional sales plans and ensure consistent performance across products and channels.
- Monitor sales trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Ensure effective coverage, availability, and visibility of products in the market.
- Drive distributor performance through target setting, reviews, and joint action plans.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new accounts, and channel penetration.
- Support new product launches and promotional initiatives in the assigned area.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, plans, and periodic performance reports.
- Track receivables, credit exposure, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and contractual guidelines.
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer advocacy, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and collections.
- Work closely with marketing on local promotions, activations, and brand initiatives.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Language Proficiency:
English and Spanish. - Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stress and manage multiple priorities effectively. o High level of motivation and determination.
