Sales Manager in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve company objectives.
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and communicate how our products/services meet those needs.
- Create plans, goals and targets to maximize profits while meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and track results against plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (prior experience in a similar role preferred).
- Extensive background in sales with knowledge of the local market and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer service principles and communicate effectively.
- Language skills are beneficial but not required.
Salary package of 1000 per month, with additional bonuses depending on performance goals achieved.
