Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Ras-al-Khaimah. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring high quality meals are served with excellent presentation. You will be expected to create seasonal menus, order supplies, manage stock, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed. You should have a passion for creating delicious dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients and a creative flair for presentation.
Needsof the Candidate
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in the hospitality/culinary industry
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, recipes, nutrition, hygiene standards, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead staff by example
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Knowledge of current trends in cuisine preparation
