Waiter – Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Ras‑al‑Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi‑task and handle stressful situations, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a commitment to working with the team.

• Greet customers upon their arrival and take orders for food and beverages.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specialties and promotions.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area is maintained at all times.
• Follow health and safety standards according to guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter is an advantage but not necessary.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills.

We offer an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month
. We are willing to consider candidates who are foreign nationals and welcome applications from those with no experience in this field, as we provide on‑the‑job training.
