Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Quality Control Specialists, ensuring that all company products meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be essential in monitoring live casino operations, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training new Game Presenters and Shufflers, creating and optimizing training materials, and developing programs to enhance performance and quality. Your role is crucial in ensuring that staff conduct games confidently and professionally while fostering an environment that promotes growth and excellence.

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all company products meet established quality standards by conducting live assessments, monitoring processes, and collaborating with teams to address discrepancies and uphold company policies.

Develops workforce best practices inside the company and does research on potential improvements to be added to scheduling needs (software developments as well as improved procedures)

Works to improve the welfare of the entire workforce pool (complaints, scheduling needs, bonus systems, concerns and griefs, shift structure, etc.)

Assists senior managers and studio managers with data related to the employee pool (reports and analysis)
