Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in hospital and healthcare facility construction to lead quality assurance and control processes on high-spec projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and the highest levels of construction quality.
Responsibilities- Lead quality assurance and quality control processes on high-spec healthcare construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists.
- Monitor and report on QA/QC performance metrics and non-conformance resolutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in QA/QC management roles.
- Mandatory: Proven experience on hospital / healthcare / medical facility projects
