We are looking for The QA / QC Manager – Civil to one of our client here in UAE. This role is to oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control systems across civil construction projects. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, industry codes, MMUP regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while driving continuous improvement and audit readiness.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor QA / QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs) for all civil works.
- Ensure project compliance with civil engineering codes, MMUP requirements, new safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Lead internal and external audits as a certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.
- Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and quality reviews to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on quality matters and NCR / Corrective Actions.
- Supervise QA / QC engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and ensuring quality documentation is maintained.
- Review contractor submittals, method statements, and ensure adherence to project quality benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure all quality and safety KPIs are met.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or any Relevant Engineering
- Codes of practice and New Safety Regulations / MMUP
