🚨 We Are Hiring – Marble Factory Manager (UAE) 🚨

Zein Italia Marble LLC is looking for an experienced Marble Factory Manager to lead and manage our stone manufacturing operations in the UAE.

If you have strong experience in natural marble fabrication, production planning, quality control, and team leadership — we would like to speak with you.

• Oversee daily marble factory operations (cutting, polishing, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to project schedules
• Monitor slab selection, shade control, and quality benchmarks
• Reduce wastage and improve material efficiency
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, and logistics teams
• Manage factory workforce and enforce safety standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of materials
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs

• 8+ years’ experience in marble/stone manufacturing
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role
• Strong understanding of natural marble quality and dry-lay standards
• Experience reading drawings and cutting lists
• Proven leadership skills with multicultural teams
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
