Home Cleaning & Maid Service Team Leader / Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah

We are looking for a Home Cleaning & Maid Service Team Leader / Supervisor to manage daily home cleaning operations and supervise on‑site cleaning staff. This role involves overseeing field activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

• Supervise daily home cleaning and maid service operations
• Assign duties and guide cleaning staff at client locations
• Ensure cleaning services are delivered as per company standards
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Maintain basic work records, attendance, and reports
• Handle routine client coordination and service issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety guidelines

• 1–3 years of experience in home cleaning or maid services
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor preferred
• Practical knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices
• Ability to manage and guide field cleaning staff
• Basic communication skills in English
• Responsible, disciplined, and professional working approach
• UAE experience preferred
