About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Surveillance Operations Manager to join the resort’s Surveillance team.

  • The Surveillance Operations Manager will identify areas of vulnerability within gaming and cash‑handling areas and then communicate those vulnerabilities to Executive Management so controls may be strengthened.
  • Development and maintenance of department policies and procedures ensuring best in class strategies are applied and executed.
  • Assist with oversight of the technical staff, as directed by the VP of Surveillance.
  • Assist with oversight of construction planning and projects to ensure compliance with all regulations and property standards, as directed by the VP of Surveillance.
  • Create and implement the Surveillance operations succession plan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Surveillance operations and all outside entities.
  • Temporarily assume the duties of the Vice President of Surveillance or Surveillance Operations Manager in their absence.
  • Responsible for the operations team within the Surveillance Division. The team’s performance, morale and wellbeing will reflect directly on their leadership.
  • Own the hiring, training and leadership of all management staff within the operation.
  • Responsible for the advanced development of the line‑level training program. They will set the strategy and direction for the Training team, ensuring the training program and materials reflect the newest strategies.
  • Expected to mentor, coach and support the entire Surveillance team.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. This also includes holding the team accountable to company policies and procedures.
About You
  • Sound understanding of game protection principles. Must understand all casino games, fraud techniques, and advantage play opportunities.
  • Sound understanding of gaming and financial operations, game technologies and all gaming equipment.
  • Sound understanding of casino mathematics.
  • Sound understanding of management strategy. Familiar setting aggressive goals and motivating the team to achieve those goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management including senior executives.
  • Follows instructions and be able to work independently as well as perform in a team environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of all regulations.
  • Ability to professionally read, write and speak English.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate 10 years of progressive experience in Surveillance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum age 21.
  • Majority of work will be done in an office environment. Occasionally this role will be required to work in public areas of the resort or outdoors.
  • Ability to stand or sit for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to watch monitors for an entire shift.
  • Must obtain a UAE driver’s license within 30 days of employment to assist in overseeing Surveillance operations in multiple locations in the area.
  • Some travel may be required.
