Social Media Content Creator

Innovation City is seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our online presence and showcases our ecosystem across AI, blockchain, fintech, and emerging technologies.

This role will be responsible for producing compelling content across social platforms, managing day-to-day social media activity, and supporting the growth of Innovation City’s digital visibility and community engagement.

• Create and publish engaging content across Linked In, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
• Develop short-form video content, reels, and visual storytelling to promote Innovation City’s initiatives, startups, and events
• Write clear and engaging captions, social media posts, and campaign messaging
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
• Capture and edit photo and video content from events, interviews, and ecosystem activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight innovation projects, startup success stories, and partnerships
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics and analytics
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts

• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling
• Experience using video editing and design tools (Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar)
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Ability to produce short-form video and visual content optimized for social platforms

• Experience working in technology, innovation ecosystems, startups, fintech, blockchain, or AI sectors
• Experience covering events, tech communities, or corporate storytelling
