Job Description

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an IT Supervisor to join the Information Technology team.

• Supervise Helpdesk and PC Technician teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Monitor ticket queues, assign tasks, manage escalations, and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
• Provide team leadership through coaching, training, performance feedback, and shift scheduling to support 24/7 coverage.
• Oversee end‑user technical support, including troubleshooting, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, audit requirements, and security controls in collaboration with IT Security teams
• Produce performance and incident reports, identify recurring issues, drive continuous improvement, and support IT projects impacting end users

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in hospitality or integrated resort environments is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms such as Service Now or Jira
• Basic understanding of networking, endpoint security, and device management
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured IT environment while supporting end‑user services and team operations
