Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the IT Data Analytics team.

• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks, Delta Lake, MLflow, and AutoML
• Design, deploy, and monitor ML/GenAI models and low‑latency endpoints using Python and LLM frameworks
• Maintain ML production systems with strong data quality, guardrails, and observability
• Develop secure REST APIs, web endpoints, and containerized Azure deployments (Docker)
• Implement IaC (YAML), CI/CD, automated testing, and Dev Ops best practices
• Ensure model governance and compliance (Model Context Protocol, A2A) with clear architectural documentation
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and lead knowledge sharing through workshops and reviews

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Python development experience building modular, scalable, and efficient AI/LLM applications
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead enterprise‑grade ML engineering platforms, including real‑time/low‑latency inference systems
• Strong expertise with Azure Databricks (MLflow, Feature Store, AutoML, Unity Catalog) for scalable training, model management, and production deployment
• Experience implementing AI agents or autonomous workflows using Lang Graph, CrewAI, Lang Chain, and related LLMOps/GenAI frameworks
• Skilled in deploying GenAI and ML use cases across Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems (Cortex, Document AI, Snowpark ML)
• Ability to integrate leading LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Grok) to enhance unstructured data processing, summarization, and decision support
• Background in experimentation, feature engineering, model monitoring, with bonus qualifications such as deep learning/NLP research or Azure Databricks/Snowflake certifications
