Responsibilities include overseeing system validation, providing L2 support, and ensuring ITIL processes are followed. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT operations experience, strong knowledge of Office 365, and familiarity with GxP and GMP regulations. Candidates with ITIL certifications are preferred.
