We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with strong knowledge of PBX systems and call center infrastructure. The role involves managing and configuring PBX systems, VoIP, SIP, and CCTV, while ensuring smooth IT operations and system reliability.

As a candidate for the IT administrator job in Ras Al Khaimah, you will be responsible for maintaining critical IT and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and configure PBX systems for call center operations
- Maintain and support VoIP and SIP-based communication systems
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
- Ensure uptime, performance, and security of IT infrastructure
- Handle system configuration, upgrades, and basic network support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors for IT and telecom support when required
- Maintain basic IT documentation and system records
- Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PBX systems and call center configurations
- Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SIP protocols, and CCTV systems
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and IT security
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Responsible, organized, and disciplined working approach
- UAE experience preferred
- Stable full‑time IT position
