Role Summary
The Process Optimisation Lead will own the methodology and quality of process mapping and redesign across the engagement. The role will lead workshops, ensure robust AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, and translate insights into clear standards, SOPs, and operational playbooks aligned to a government environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Own methodology and quality standards for L1–L5 process mapping and redesign
• Facilitate process discovery and redesign workshops with business stakeholders
• QA detailed L5–L6 process maps and ensure consistency across work streams
• Perform VA, ENVA, and NVA analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
• Define TO-BE standards, SOP frameworks, and operational playbooks
• Work closely with the Requirements Lead to ensure build-ready alignment

Work Model and Location

• Hybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsite

Required Experience and Skills

• Around 5 years experience in process excellence, Lean, or consulting roles
• Strong facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement capability
• Deep hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign
• Ability to work in structured transformation environments

Preferred

• Experience in government or regulated environments
• Salesforce-enabled process redesign exposure is beneficial
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
• Familiarity with multiple process mapping tools (final tooling to be aligned with client)
