About the job Project Lead – Process Optimisation & RequirementsRole Summary
The Project Lead will take overall ownership of governance and delivery for a process optimisation and requirements programme within a government entity. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder steering, quality assurance, and sign-off across process redesign and CRM-related requirements work streams.
This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall governance, client steering, quality assurance, and delivery sign-offs
- Lead end-to-end delivery of process optimisation and requirements engagement
- Manage delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, scope, and risks Lead senior stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Ensure consistency and quality across process, redesign, and requirements outputs
- Act as the primary point of accountability between client and delivery team
Work Model and Location
- Location:
Ras Al Khaimah (end client) - Hybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsite
Required Experience and Skills
- 7–11 years experience in consulting or transformation delivery roles
- Strong background in process improvement and structured delivery leadership
- Proven stakeholder management and governance capability
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
Preferred
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities
- Exposure to CRM-enabled transformation programmes (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
