HR Officer

Sinless Hospitality Consulting is pleased to recruit an experienced and motivated HR Officer on behalf of a leading Food & Beverage Group with a strong presence in the hospitality industry. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
• Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff
• Support training, development, and engagement initiatives

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
