About The Role
Contribute to the Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy, advising stakeholders on TA subject matters, and supporting employer branding initiatives throughout the recruitment cycle.
What Will You Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers and HR managers in sourcing and recruiting for assigned positions within the Live Casino unit.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to identify, connect with, and recruit top talent.
- Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and continuous relationship management.
- Coordinate with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.
- Serve as an effective ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties.
- Collaborate with hiring managers during the interview process to develop job descriptions, manage candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
- Maintain regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs and candidate status.
- Stay current on industry trends and provide insights into the competitive landscape.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
- Background as an external or internal recruiter.
- Experience in mass recruitment or a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven success in candidate generation and strong assessment skills.
- Proficiency with internet research, particularly Linked In Recruiter.
- Fluency in English and Thai – required.
- Experience with ATS – Jobvite a plus.
- Prior experience in a product organization a plus.
