Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee the Room Service operations within our establishment. The Assistant Outlet Manager - Room Service will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests in their rooms, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing a team of room service staff.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and train a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
