Banquet Waiter/Waitress

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquet functions, events, and conferences. Ensure a seamless guest experience by setting up event spaces, serving meals and drinks efficiently, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Prepare banquet areas according to event requirements (tables, chairs, linen, silverware, service stations).
• Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after the event.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of courses.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues or special needs to supervisors.
• Clear tables and reset spaces as needed, adhering to event schedules and transitions.
• Support fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Comply with Company Health and Safety, Fire Regulations and procedures.

• Customer Service experience in supervisory or above capacity.
• Warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable.
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accountable and resilient.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in similar role in a luxury environment (advantage).
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
