Recreation Attendant – Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

A Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring the guest experience while they enjoy the Hotel’s recreational facilities, including the pool and beach area. Responsibilities include distribution of pool towels, greeting guests, monitoring guest needs and safety, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Assist guests with needs related to the pool/beach area.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the general pool/beach area, including emptying used towel bins, organizing furniture, collecting towels, and arranging pool towel storage shelves.
• Confirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property.
• Monitor product inventory to minimize loss of resort property.

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous customer service experience.
