HK Supervisor

We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Supervisor to join our group. What is in it for you:

• Support the entire housekeeping team and pay close attention to detail to meet guest expectations and achieve high-quality service standards.
• Ensure and maintain tidiness of all public and back areas.
• Supervise cleaning of guest areas, hallways, and stairwells.
• Act as a departmental instructor with a priority on maintaining constant efforts toward team skill development and SOP refreshers.

• 2 years of experience as Manager/Shift Leader in a 5-star hotel, preferably a resort in the UAE.
• Strong team leadership abilities and excellent social and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in a busy schedule and be a collaborative team player who develops team skills.
• Solid administrative and IT abilities for reporting and related tasks.
