Room Attendant

Room Attendant vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE. The role involves supporting the Housekeeping team to maintain the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel. • Assign work obligations to team members
• Perform regular assessments of all guest areas and conduct spot checks of occupied rooms
• Record and address maintenance issues or other problems
• Evaluate service areas, shop spaces and corridors on an ongoing basis
• Schedule and oversee deep cleaning and other housekeeping tasks
• Manage and train space attendants and other team members to ensure performance meets required standards
• Manage stock control and equipment maintenance effectively
• Provide superb guest service, including VIP and other special requests
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

• Previous experience in a housekeeping managerial function
• Strong track record of team leadership
• Business and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office
