We are seeking a skilled and dynamic All Rounder Beautician (Filipino Female) for one of our reputable beauty and wellness Client in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is ideal for a passionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The All Rounder Beautician will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and service excellence.

With a strong foundation in skincare, makeup, and body treatments, the ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and reputation of our spa by providing personalized, high-quality services. • Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facial skincare, body scrubs, waxing, makeup application, and aromatherapy.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans based on client needs and skin types.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms, ensuring all tools, products, and equipment are ready for use.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with spa management to support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and client retention initiatives.
• Accurately document client records, treatment histories, and follow-up plans using digital or manual systems.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements at all times.

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a professional beauty or spa setting.
• Proven expertise in skincare, makeup application, waxing, and body treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, common skin conditions, and appropriate product usage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Valid work permit or eligibility to obtain a UAE work visa (visa sponsorship provided).
• Willingness to reside in provided accommodation during employment.
