Head Therapist - Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

As a Head Therapist at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will assist the Spa Manager in leading the spa team, delivering an excellent guest and team member experience, achieving revenue targets, and managing customer feedback.

• Manage and carry out procedures, ensuring treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
• Ensure client experience is proficient including booking, payments, and consultation cards.
• Interact and communicate effectively with leisure members, team members, guests and management.
• Help the team meet department revenue and guest satisfaction targets, ensuring sales are recorded accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, COSHH regulations and hotel security fire regulations.
• Manage customer feedback to enable continuous improvement.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and treatment refreshers to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain treatment room readiness, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels of professional products, consumables and equipment, report needs.
• Lead and coach therapists, assessing their skills and maintaining service standards.

• Experience in a similar role at a luxury or 5‑star hotel.
• Relevant qualifications for the role.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
