• Operational Integrity: Maintain the highest standards of procedural accuracy and adherence to strict international broadcasting guidelines.
• On-Air Presence: Maintain a high level of energy, positive body language, and a sophisticated, professional look at all times.

• Language: Native or fluent Korean speaker with Intermediate English (for internal training and communication).
• Presence: A confident, friendly, and outgoing personality with a natural "on‑camera" vibe—perfect for those interested in acting, hosting, or streaming.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment with rotating shifts.
