This role is with the ARRISE group.

• Work experience:
  
  at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry.
• Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• PC skills.
• Advanced English speaking.
• Work under pressure.

• Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix.
• Maintain the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players).
• Coordinate the staff under your supervision.
• Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company.
• Collaborate and cooperate.
• Ensure the functionality of the studios.
• Other operational activities.
