Job Description
About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor to join the resort’s Table Games Operations team.
Responsibilities- Supervise croupiers during live game operations and ensure adherence to procedures
- Provide on‑job coaching and support to croupiers to maintain game integrity and service quality
- Identify performance gaps and escalate training needs to the Pit Manager
- Oversee assigned tables and ensure games are run efficiently and securely
- Monitor croupier performance, game pace, and guest interactions
- Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Respond to guest inquiries and minor disputes professionally and, when necessary, Escalate
- Ensure proper handling of chips, cards, and other table game assets
- Monitor table limits and ensure adherence to operational guidelines
- Report suspicious activity, equipment issues, or procedural deviations to the Pit Manager
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
- High school diploma required; further education in hospitality or gaming preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in table games or casino operations
- Experience supervising or mentoring croupiers is an advantage
- Solid understanding of table games procedures and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and guest‑focused demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to observe and respond quickly
- Team‑oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and casino systems
- Flexible work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
