• Host live games in Vietnamese lead sessions, engage players on camera with confidence and charm, and help create a fun, professional broadcast environment.
• Present with energy, clarity and consistency; adapt your style to different games and formats while maintaining high standards during all broadcasts.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team; support studio workflows while contributing positively to the production environment.
• Work on a rotating-shift schedule (three shifts, 40 hours/week) including evenings or weekends as needed to meet global live-studio demands.

• Native or fluent Vietnamese (C1), with strong spoken and written communication. English proficiency (B2) is also required.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Friendly, engaging, camera-ready personality; confident under pressure and able to deliver polished, consistent performance during live sessions.
• Flexibility, adaptability and readiness to work in a shift-based live-studio environment. Previous experience in hosting, entertainment, customer service or on-camera roles is a plus.
