About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa.
It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Pit Manager to join the resort’s Tables Games Operations team. Oversee the daily operations of assigned pit areas on the Main Floor, ensuring table games are conducted with integrity, efficiency, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise croupiers, manage guest interactions, and maintain a secure and welcoming gaming environment. Support the Assistant Casino Manager in achieving operational goals and delivering exceptional guest service in line with Wynn Al Marjan Island’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job training.
- Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Assist in scheduling rosters and breaks to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and training of new croupiers and Gaming Team Members.
- Monitor grooming and conduct of team members to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Manage the assigned pit area and ensure smooth operation of table games.
- Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, disputes, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues and suspicious activities to the Assistant Casino Manager – Table Games.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling and security of playing cards, chips, and equipment.
- Monitor table limits, game pace, and croupier rotations to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records of game activity, incidents, and guest feedback.
- Support the implementation of new games, promotions, and operational initiatives.
- Assist in managing inventory of table game assets and supplies.
- Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely maintenance or replacement.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in table games or casino operations.
- Supervisory experience in a gaming environment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of table games procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Team‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and casino operations systems.
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand.
