Job Summary

We are seeking experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors to be deployed on an outsourced basis for our client in Ras Al-Khaimah
, supporting a prestigious large-scale hotel & resort project
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all MEP-related cost control, contract administration, and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
  • Review and validate contractor interim payment applications.
  • Monitor project budgets and track MEP cost variations.
  • Evaluate and negotiate variation orders, claims, and change requests.
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost reports for client review.
  • Assist in tender evaluation and contractor comparison for MEP packages.
  • Review subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Perform site measurements and verify completed works.
  • Support final account preparation and settlement.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and project requirements.
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial control.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
  • Proven experience working on hotel, resort, or large-scale building projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred
  • Experience working on client-side assignments.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality projects.
  • Membership in a recognised professional body (RICS or equivalent).
