Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Plan construction activities and monitor progress
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and site works
- Ensure site safety rules and UAE regulations are followed
- Report and prevent unsafe practices
- Calculate material quantities and prepare material requests
- Monitor usage of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Liaise with consultants, authorities, and clients
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Prepare daily reports, method statements, and inspection requests
- Maintain site records and as-built drawings
- Ensure works comply with municipality requirements
- Coordinate inspections with Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah Municipality
- Identify technical issues and propose solutions on site
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical
- Must be in UAE
- Registered Society Engineer in the UAE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
- Must have passed Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah municipality exams
