Project Manager – Industrial Buildings & Steel Structures

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading construction contractor specializing in industrial building projects, including extensive steel structure works. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality targets. Must have experience Managing projects in Ras Al-Khaimah

• Lead and manage all phases of industrial building projects, including steel structure works

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Review project designs, contract documents, schedules, and resource plans

• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications

• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and commercial issues

• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Resolve technical and construction-related challenges on site

• Ensure adherence to authority regulations and approval requirements

• Drive project handover and close-out activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with strong exposure to industrial buildings

• Proven experience working with steel structures (fabrication, erection, coordination)

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of contractual terms, project controls, and construction methodologies

• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office

• UAE experience preferred
