Sunreef Yachts, a global leader in luxury catamaran manufacturing, is expanding its engineering team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We’re looking for a talented Electrical Design Engineer to design and integrate advanced electrical and automation systems for next-generation luxury yachts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable marine innovation and cutting‑edge electrical architecture.

- Understanding PLC operation and logic
- Design and verify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD, EPLAN, and Solid Works Electrical
- Perform load, voltage drop, and short‑circuit calculations for 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, and 700 V
- Select and specify protection, control, and distribution components – breakers, relays, contractors, sensors, and connectors
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation during production and sea trials
- Ensure compliance with marine electrical standards (ISO, IEC, DNV, RINA, CE, ABYC)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical design – marine, automotive, or industrial automation preferred
- Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, power management, and control logic
- Skilled in AutoCAD, EPLAN, Solid Works Electrical, and MS
- Excellent analytical and teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Solid Works – essential
