Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident Engineer based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Resident Engineer will oversee construction processes, ensure adherence to design plans, and manage construction teams and project schedules. The role involves monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges while ensuring timelines and budget constraints are met.

The engineer will also handle reporting, provide professional guidance, and maintain strong communication with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in project management, site supervision, and quality assurance.
• Strong technical know-how in structural engineering, building codes, and construction practices.
• Experience in construction documentation, problem-solving, and design interpretation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and adapt to on-site challenges in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP certification or similar professional qualifications is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-profile projects or the construction of large-scale infrastructure is advantageous.
