The Dean – Academics will provide strategic academic leadership for the campus and be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, faculty development, and continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and research activities. The role requires a senior academic professional with proven leadership experience in higher education.
Experience Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Dean or in an equivalent senior academic leadership position.
- Mandatory experience in the education industry, preferably within higher education institutions such as universities or colleges.
- PhD / Doctorate in a relevant academic discipline (mandatory).
- Strong academic background with demonstrated experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic leadership and strategic direction for the campus.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, assessment, and quality assurance in alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Education (MOE), CQA, and other relevant accreditation bodies.
