On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Training – Crisis Management to join our Security Team.

• Training Development & Delivery
• Assist in designing and updating training curricula for security and crisis management.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for new hires and existing staff.
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate CPR/AED and First Aid training for Security Operations teams.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and guest speakers.
• Program Support & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and progress.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the Field Training Officer (FTO) program through onboarding and curriculum execution.
• Assist in organizing departmental training for policy updates and operational changes.
• Ensure training programs meet professional standards and Wynn Service expectations.
• Operational Collaboration
• Work closely with Security Operations to identify training needs and gaps.
• Participate in hiring processes, including assessments and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors for off‑property training programs.
• Manage inventory and ordering of training and medical supplies.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Education, Hospitality Management)
• Required:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in security or hospitality.
• Preferred:
  Experience in the UAE; prior work as a security trainer or in a related field.
• Preferred:
  Arabic speaker.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.
