We are seeking a Brand Designer who understands that in luxury, every detail communicates value.

This is not a high-volume production design role. This is a brand guardianship position.

The Brand Designer is responsible for maintaining, refining, and elevating the visual identity of Sunreef Yachts across all touchpoints.

You will ensure that every asset — digital, printed, spatial, or presentation-based — reflects a cohesive, premium, and globally consistent brand language.

You will operate under the strategic direction of the Head of Creative, translating brand philosophy into structured visual systems.

• Maintain and evolve the Sunreef brand guidelines
• Ensure strict consistency in typography, layout systems, color palettes, spacing, and tone
• Protect the brand from visual dilution or inconsistency
• Refine logo applications and usage standards
• Develop structured brand systems (grid logic, hierarchy frameworks, brand architecture)

• Design high-end brochures, model catalogs, and specification booklets
• Produce refined corporate decks and investor materials
• Oversee premium print finishing specifications (paper selection, embossing, foiling, texture)
• Ensure production files meet luxury print standards

• Create high-impact sales presentations aligned with luxury positioning
• Develop proposal templates for ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Support executive-level communication visuals
• Design structured, minimal, confident layouts (no cluttered marketing style)

• Develop cohesive visual systems for boat shows and exhibitions
• Ensure spatial branding consistency (panels, signage, displays)
• Align yacht presentation materials with physical environment
• Maintain elevated luxury standards in all printed and physical assets

• Collaborate on UI/UX visual consistency
• Ensure digital assets reflect premium design principles
• Maintain design cohesion across website, newsletters, and social media
• Review visual outputs for brand compliance

• Educate internal departments on correct brand usage
• Review assets created by other teams
• Approve brand applications before release
• Maintain asset libraries and structured design systems

• Strong understanding of luxury minimalism
• Mastery of typography hierarchy
• White space discipline
• Restraint in color and layout usage
• Understanding of premium brand psychology

• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Figma (for digital system consistency)
• Experience in print production & finishing techniques
• Strong file organization and documentation discipline

• 5+ years in luxury brand design (automotive, aviation, real estate, yacht, or high-end lifestyle preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating refined, premium aesthetic
• Detail-obsessed
• Structured thinker
• Calm under pressure
• Comfortable working within a high-performance industrial environment
• Fluent in English

• This role is fully based in Ras Al Khaimah inside our shipyard.
• Work schedule is 6 days per week.
• On-site presence is mandatory due to close coordination with production and leadership.
