About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Experienced Host to join the resort’s Theatre Operations team.
Responsibilities- Enhance guest engagement by supporting themed or interactive elements of the production.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance to ensure a seamless experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for immersive or interactive audience segments, ensuring clear communication and guidance.
- Coordinate with creative and FOH teams to maintain the integrity of immersive elements throughout the guest journey.
- Support audience participation activities and ensure guests understand their role in the experience.
- Monitor guest reactions and provide feedback to management to improve immersive offerings.
- Greet audience members warmly and assist with queries.
- Provide directions to seats, facilities, and concessions.
- Deliver exceptional service to patrons, including VIP and access customers.
- Check tickets (physical and digital) efficiently and courteously.
- Direct latecomers to designated entry points at appropriate intervals.
- Monitor audience behaviour and report disruptions to supervisors/management/security.
- Assist patrons with mobility, hearing, or other access needs.
- Distribute and collect hearing devices or other support materials.
- At such times you will be asked to be an ‘Access Host’ which means you will be solely responsible for the service and care of our access patrons and their potential service animals.
- 2 years in a Theatre Experience Host or Hospitality service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with West End / Broadway or Theatre venues or performance schedules
- Basic first aid training (optional, can be provided)
- Must be able to manage staff and perform under pressure.
