• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean
  , providing accurate and timely support.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and accounts.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and elevate complex cases when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service.

• Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in English is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

• Availability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah
