About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Korean-speaking Customer Support representative to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to start a career in customer support and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean
, providing accurate and timely support. - Assist customers with questions about products, services, and accounts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and elevate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service.
- Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
- Availability to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah
, 24/7 rotation shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
