Assistant Project Manager; UAE National

Parsons is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (UAE National) to join our team in RAK, UAE
.

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and tracking day-to-day construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth site operations.
• Prepare and maintain key project documents (meeting minutes, action logs, progress trackers, basic reports).
• Help update construction schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support basic cost tracking (quantities, progress measurements, input for payment applications).
• Assist in implementing project quality and safety procedures and organizing site/coordination meetings and visits.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, in areas such as Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• Prior experience or internship experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project phases.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
