Sales Manager in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to lead our sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, developing sales strategies to increase revenue, and training and mentoring sales staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working with international clients is also desirable.

• Develop plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
• Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Establish relationships with key customers
• Manage the performance of the team and provide guidance as needed
• Prepare reports for senior management
• Propose ideas for improvement or expansion of the current product portfolio
• Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Lead promotional activities such as trade shows or conferences

• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets
