Job title:
Project Secretary/ Document Controller
Location: RAK, UAE
We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Project Secretary to provide administrative support to the project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, while also assisting with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Handle project correspondence, document control, and filing
- Manage the project team's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning for the team
- Maintain organised project files and records
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to project managers
- Proven experience as a project secretary or in a similar role
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in managing calendars and scheduling
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
