About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our Planning & Strategy team.
Responsibilities- Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and operational documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate executive and departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking, and follow‑up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, maintaining secure and organized filing systems.
- Support the VP in tracking departmental projects, event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Liaise with senior leadership across Event Operations, including Catering & Events, Special Events, Guest Services, and supporting departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Organize and support VIP visits, site inspections, pre‑opening walkthroughs, and executive‑level event engagements.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the VP and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency and executive effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for large‑scale events, pre‑opening activities, and cross‑departmental initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within hospitality, events, luxury environments, or large‑scale operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience coordinating events, logistics, or operational workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business and event needs.
