Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Weekends

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, offices, laboratories, loading areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures;
Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity notes, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes using approved reporting channels
