Join our dynamic sales team at National Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through eyewear selection and fitting, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with state laws.

• Guide customers through the selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses, ensuring adherence to state laws.
• Establish strong customer relationships and keep them informed about order status.
• Maintain meticulous inventory management and accurate patient records.
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation and workstation cleanliness meet brand and company standards.
• Pursue personal development and training opportunities to stay current on industry standards and product knowledge.

Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 12 PM to 7 PM. Sundays are closed.

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading & speaking).
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
