Legend Biotech, a global biotechnology company headquartered in Somerset, New Jersey, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join its Technical Operations team based in Raritan, NJ. The role supports the production of personalized cell therapies in a sterile cGMP environment, performing floor service tasks on the Sunday‑Wednesday 2nd Shift (1 PM–12:30 AM).

The Operations Support Specialist will:

• Support process operations by performing real‑time floor service tasks (kitting, kit cleaning, inventory and data entry, sample management, cryopreservation) according to SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain safe, quality, and cGMP compliant practices while accurately recording production data.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality to complete production tasks.
• Assist in developing manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements within Technical Operations.

• High school diploma with relevant experience; a certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health‑services field preferred.
• 0–1 year of cGMP operations experience in the biotech/biopharma industry.
• Proficient computer skills for specialized software and databases.
• Strong partnership building and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for cell‑based products.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a BSL‑2 cleanroom.
• Ability to accommodate evenings, weekends, and unplanned overtime.

The anticipated base pay range is $41,467 – $60,989 USD.
