Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise across warehouse management, integrations, and supply chain processes. This role supports major initiatives and requires the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills Core Expertise- Strong SAP EWM experience: receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, handheld devices.
- Solid working knowledge of CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, EWM RF Framework.
- ECC? EWM interfaces
- WCS/MFS? EWM interfaces
- S/4
HANA EWM Decentralized - S/4 TMS? EWM
- Working knowledge of Labor Management
- Experience with Material Flow Systems
- Ability to plan and lead SAP Fit‑to‑Standard workshops
- ABAP knowledge sufficient to validate technical documentation
- Strong exposure to non‑SAP system interfaces
- Ability to map and translate user requirements into functional & technical specifications
- 6+ years across supply chain processes; life sciences industry preferred
- Strong understanding of SAP coding with ability to debug/interpret existing code
- Experience with middleware and legacy system integrations
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable features
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
- Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels (users? development? leadership)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- SAP EWM certification preferred
